Our seeds are sold strictly as souvenirs and collectibles, each containing less than 0.3% THC, classified as hemp seeds by law. It is crucial to verify your state and local laws before purchasing, as we hold no responsibility for the use of seeds once received. Green Nectar Cultivation reserves the right to deny service to anyone at any time for any reason.
For germination and order delivery issues, please reach out to us. We may replace seeds that fail to germinate at our discretion for customers in eligible states, provided they follow the recommended germination method (refer to the germination guide).
Unfortunately, due to local restrictions, customers in certain states are not eligible for replacements, including Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. Replacements depend on the shipping address associated with your order.
To ensure a successful outcome, it's advisable to purchase 20% more seeds than intended for growing. A germination rate of 80% is reasonable, and we won't replace seeds if the germination rate exceeds 79%. Please report germination issues within 30 days of purchase.
Replacements will be in the form of a store credit, calculated based on the seed's price at the time of purchase. Refunds are not processed, and all sales are final. Freebies are not eligible for replacements.
At Green Nectar Cultivation, we strive for successful germination and order delivery. While issues may arise, we only collaborate with breeders who support their products. If a genuine issue occurs, we are happy to replace seeds. All replacements will be in the form of a gift card for our site. Replacement credits are determined by the seed's price at the time of purchase.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the USA. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to domestic destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
